Clay Aiken Returns to Spamalot!!!

Earlier in my blog, I had to interrupt my Clay Aiken journey (and at some point I need to get back on track) to let you all know about having Seat

Photobucket

and being on stage with the Knights of Spamalot (especially brave brave Sir Robin).

Still trying to figure out how to get back, this time with my son so that he can see this

Photobucket

but since that probably won't happen, I'll just have to live with my memories (sigh, and amazing memories they are)

Well done Clay - have a wonderful second run in Spamalot. Enjoy your time in New York with that new family of yours!!!!

but MOST IMPORTANT - FIND YOUR GRAIL!!!!

I think he's found his grail, but he's trying to help others find theirs! Did you find yours on your trip?

Why yes, yes I did!!!!!

I found out that I can actually get up on a stage with Clay Aiken and not fall over!!!! YAY ME!!!!!

Up on the broadway stage standing next to Clay and the entire cast... in front of the audience? Maybe it was amnesia and you don't remember the cpr?

SueReu said...

Not CPR. I think I stopped breathing for a moment, and when I touched that gloved hand I ALMOST went down!!!

Poor Patsy had to count me down the stairs!! Step one, step two, step three, step four - there ya go!!!!

Then I think I spent the rest of the night with my mouth hanging open (not overly attractive, but there ya go)

I hope you didn't have your mouth hanging open on stage!!! :-0

SueReu said...

:-0 I don't think so

I HOPE not!!! Oh no, something more to worry about :-0

You DID get the ONLY picture of you with your mouth hanging open RIGHT???!!

SueReu said...

*looking around* why yes, yes I did.....

Maybe your son will get to see Clay Aiken soon and his mouth can hang open! (Nothing is impossible)

SueReu said...

I would love to get him there - he loves Monty Python and the Holy Grail and he loves the soundtrack from Spamalot. NYC around Christmas?? with my son???? WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

(stop whining, it's not very attractive)

It's more attractive than your mouth hanging open! Whining is the precursor to action. (I think)

SueReu said...

Only if you whine to people who can actually do something to help. Other than that, it's just making noise (and you still have your mouth hanging open, even when you whine)

Well, you still never know, Look on the bright side of life! There may be a tour and you may get some front row seats for you and your son... :-)

SueReu said...

WooHoo! Clay Aiken was absolutely wonderful in Spamalot! I love his British accent. I can't wait to see him again!

Clay Aiken in Spamalot again! I probably won't have an opportunity to see him a second time there either, but he was wonderful last time. I hope others can scrape up the funds to go see him, it was soooo worth it!

I can't wait for Spamalot again with Clay Aiken in the Robin role. He is great!!!

I saw Clay Aiken in Spamalot in March and would love to get back the NYC for the second run. Right now, I don't think I can, unless I start buying lottery tickets and win!

He was wonderful in the role of Brave Sir Robin and really surprised me with his acting ability.

Find your grail. I'm certain Clay Aiken and Jaymes Foster has found their grail.

I do believe that Clay Aiken has found his Grail. I guess he just wants to help us find our own.

We went to see Clay Aiken in Spamalot too and my friend was picked as peasant in seat D101 - it was sooo funny and she laughed up on stage continuously!

I have posted this same comment before, but I will post it again.
I did not get to see Clay Aiken in Spamalot before and probably won't get to this second time around, but I will be there in spirit!

I have a feeling if I were to be called up on stage with Brave Brave Sir Robin, they would have to peel me up off the floor! LOL

Loved Clay Aiken in the role of Sir Robin in Spamalot. He really has a lot of talent to pull that off with no prior Broadway experience.

Clay Aiken is awesome in Spamalot. So good to see his talent appreciated!

I am so glad Clay Aiken is returning to Spamalot.

Musicfan, I will get excited for you.

That sounds like so much fun and musicfan, I hope you get to go onstage. I've only seen this from the balcony, once with another actor and more recently with Clay Aiken. He really was terrific - maybe I should go again this fall and get orchestra seats!

SueReu said...

YAY MUSICFAN!!!!

I sure hope you have THE SEAT for the evening!!!

Being on the same stage with Clay Aiken is life changing absolutely amazing

No one should miss this second opportunity to see Clay Aiken in Spamalot! He is a very bright light on Broadway!!

Wow! Clay Aiken is returning to Spamalot. He is not only an amazing singer but quite an entertainer. Most singers can only do one thing and that is sing but Clay Aiken can also act and put on a comedy show.

I love being a Clay Aiken fan. He has never disappointed us. He is an actor, a comedian, and a dancer, as well as a great singer.

I'm so excited that Clay Aiken is returning to Spamalot! I guess Shubert Alley really really missed him. Kudos Clay! I hope I get to see him again.

Too bad I won't be able to see Clay Aiken this time around in Spamalot. He performed fantastically during the first run and I just know he'll do great this run as well.

I freaking love Clay Aiken

My friend was the "peasant" one night . it was fabulous. He was on bended knee singing to her. What a memory

Clay Aiken = Sir Robin = sheer fun and happiness. I can hardly wait to see him again!!!

Clay Aiken was such a success in Spamalot the first time and the show wants to repeat that. He is a natural comedian and performer.
