Clay Aiken - Reliving 2007

One year ago tonight, August 19, 2007, was the last show of Clay Aiken's summer Soft Rock Hard Place tour. I was very fortunate to be able to attend five concerts!!! I thoroughly enjoyed each one of them.

Five years ago, had someone told me that I would travel the country to see a performer sing back-to-back concerts, I would have told them they were INSANE!!! But I have to tell you, Clay Aiken is absolutely the best performer I have ever witnessed - bar none (well, except maybe Bruce Springsteen, but only the first time I saw him in 1977 in a 3,000 seat theater).

Reminiscing about those amazing concerts with friends, fun, laughs and wonderful music, got me all nostalgic about the year 2007. What an amazing year for Clay - it started with heart and ended with heart.

Here's a little trip down memory lane - Clay Aiken 2007 Year In Review. Can't wait to recap 2008!!! It's been pretty amazing too!!!

ROFL! It sure was a busy year and one of my favorites. He was everywhere and busy continuously!

I loved the SRHP tour and really enjoy Clay in the small theater venues. I hate arena concerts, they are so impersonal and you feel so detached from the performer. I know Clay has said in the past he prefers to perform in smaller venues and I hope that in future tours it stays that way.

I saw him twice for the SRHP tour and both were just SO MUCH FUN!

The man is fantastic in concert and I can hardly wait to see him on tour once again.

I'm really looking forward to Spamalot and am really, really, really looking forward to another tour!!

Love the trip down memory lane.
Can't wait to do it all again!! and
again and again and .. well you
get the drift.

Clay always puts his heart first.
He is an amazing man - with nice
feet!

If possible I think his heart is bigger than his feet!!
